Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/McGUW9G4o6b another road bike day today for me and a somewhat damp start with a bit of mizzle still in the air outbound straight up Hurst Rd over Sedgley Beacon, Gospel End, Bratch Triple Lock, Trysull, Seisden, Tinker's Castle, Upper Ludstone Hopstone and Claverley then into Claverley Corner Cafe time for a break so Black Coffee and Double fried Egg sarnie on just one piece of granary and it was cracking Gromit then it's time to head back via Heathton, Halfpenny Green, Highgate Common, past three horse drawn Gypsy Carriages to Greensforge, Wall Heath, up Pennsnet, Gornal and back over the Beacon then home a definite climbing day with twelve climbs coming thick and fast just over two thousand feet of up

Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/pNaginrU12b another road bike day for today still waiting for the freewheel for the gravel bike so it's a nippy/windy morning outbound over Sedgley Beacon, Pennsnett, Wall Heath, Greensforge past the derelict windmill and back towards Swindon ten minutes or so by the canal watching the narrow boat go by then it's time to head back via Himley and back over the Beacon warmed up a bit but the wind didn't drop and in my face all the way back

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/iud1SZq0PXb back out again today usual circuit into Brum via the Metro Cycleway Sandwell Valley and Tame Valley Canal little detour to the Black Sabbath Bridge ten minutes break by the Sealife Centre before heading back taking in Telfords Main Line a bit of Brindleys Contour Canal tunneling under the Canal and Railway through Sheepwash and home via The Walsall Canal came across the man who practices the Sax 🎷 who I haven't seen for a while he's definitely not got any better see strava for the video
