CCC Site at Cross Inn to the Coast Path and on to Newquay

Check out my hike on Strava: https://strava.app.link/wwoUWU33J4b cracking walk from yesterday although the title says it all down from the site across farmland and wooded valley to sea level and the coast path then so up down up down a few times into Newquay lots of lovely views from the cliffs Dolphins, Sea lions and seabirds with some Choughs thrown in to, coffee and a Corned beef cob on the Quay followed by a salted caramel ice cream cracking stuff Gromit, on the plus side got a lift back with the brother in law although it was a mile or so paddling along the beach (lovely)to get to the car (not recorded)

Just The Dragons Teeth for Today

Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/pNaginrU12b another road bike day for today still waiting for the freewheel for the gravel bike so it's a nippy/windy morning outbound over Sedgley Beacon, Pennsnett, Wall Heath, Greensforge past the derelict windmill and back towards Swindon ten minutes or so by the canal watching the narrow boat go by then it's time to head back via Himley and back over the Beacon warmed up a bit but the wind didn't drop and in my face all the way back
