thought I'd wait a couple of days in the wake of Storm Claudia still a few lanes to be forded all the same outbound through Bloxwich, Little Wyrley, Norton Canes and Chasewater ten minutes break by the reservoir then it's time to head back via Burntwood, Lichfield had a look at that end of the newly opened McClean Way and it's just railway ballast don't think I'll be riding that end for a while after a chat with a guy who'd ridden it to the old level crossing on a hard tail MTB he said how bad it was ok for walking but not cycling still onwards to Wall. Shenstone, Fotherley. Little Aston and over Barr Beacon the home cracking day although really cold 🥶 definitely cold enough for longs and winter gloves

Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/x5f4BOrGbYb finally over the lurgy so out on the road bike might see a bit of light drizzle according to the forecast which they definitely got wrong as it chucked down well at least the bike got a wash, out through Short Heath, Shareshill, Little/Great Saredon ten minutes break at the pond by the A5 returning via Four Ashes, up Bognop-Huff-N-Puff Essington and Willenhall absolutely soaked by the end and they're all out today practicing there lack of driving skills in the wet basically poor
