Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/trxAMfOqOXb still recovering from my dose of the lurgy found that out yesterday at the gym no legs so for today just a short one out on the gravel bike onto the Walsall Canal, The Sanna, The Bradley Arm and onto the Main Line towards Birmingham instead of the Coseley Tunnel it's over the top, back onto the Main Line then Brindleys Contour Canal under the Main Line and the Railway through Sheepwash and home via the Walsall Canal enjoyed the fresh air still got the headache and chesty cough plus congestion but feeling better for it now it's time for a new chain and front brake pads to be fitted. Testing time tomorrow though

Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/x5f4BOrGbYb finally over the lurgy so out on the road bike might see a bit of light drizzle according to the forecast which they definitely got wrong as it chucked down well at least the bike got a wash, out through Short Heath, Shareshill, Little/Great Saredon ten minutes break at the pond by the A5 returning via Four Ashes, up Bognop-Huff-N-Puff Essington and Willenhall absolutely soaked by the end and they're all out today practicing there lack of driving skills in the wet basically poor
