A Broken Cleat Tour of Great Cheshill Windmill and Audley End

Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/cMLOyDeOLWb still bloody windy but not as bad as Monday so back out on the road bike straight into the wind pretty well all the way to the Windmill it's around here I noticed my right foot keeps coming out of the pedal, bugger fronts broken of the Cleat on my shoe that's awkward not good for the way back still hey ho got to be done really pretty Windmill though onwards towards Saffron Walden and Audley End a Jacobsen house managed by English Heritage and I'm a member so might as well have a wonderful round must say one word springs to mind impressive coffee in the cafe then back to the site and past the old WW2 control room Little Walden Airfield now converted to a home, fortunately got some spare cleats in the camper so that's a job for later cracking day though and it's not flat this way

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/iud1SZq0PXb back out again today usual circuit into Brum via the Metro Cycleway Sandwell Valley and Tame Valley Canal little detour to the Black Sabbath Bridge ten minutes break by the Sealife Centre before heading back taking in Telfords Main Line a bit of Brindleys Contour Canal tunneling under the Canal and Railway through Sheepwash and home via The Walsall Canal came across the man who practices the Sax 🎷 who I haven't seen for a while he's definitely not got any better see strava for the video

Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/x5f4BOrGbYb finally over the lurgy so out on the road bike might see a bit of light drizzle according to the forecast which they definitely got wrong as it chucked down well at least the bike got a wash, out through Short Heath, Shareshill, Little/Great Saredon ten minutes break at the pond by the A5 returning via Four Ashes, up Bognop-Huff-N-Puff Essington and Willenhall absolutely soaked by the end and they're all out today practicing there lack of driving skills in the wet basically poor
