Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/qSmTdE5qPVb brake sorted so sun tan lotion on and we're off out over Church Hill, Hill Top, picked up the Metro Cycleway to Kenrick Park through Sandwell Valley Tame Valley Cycleway and onto the canal at Perry Barr down to Spaghetti where the towpaths shut work going on under the M6 so detour time it is Star City, Nechells and Washwood Heath where I finally got back onto the canal and there's definitely no Heath there just wall to wall traffic still onwards to Pipe Hayes Park, New Hall Valley to Sutton Park where it's break time plus ice cream 🍦 with a flake 99 very nice to then it's time to head back via the Park, Barr Beacon, Walsall Arboretum then the Town Centre and finally the Walsall Canal home no brake binding alls good 👍

Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/x5f4BOrGbYb finally over the lurgy so out on the road bike might see a bit of light drizzle according to the forecast which they definitely got wrong as it chucked down well at least the bike got a wash, out through Short Heath, Shareshill, Little/Great Saredon ten minutes break at the pond by the A5 returning via Four Ashes, up Bognop-Huff-N-Puff Essington and Willenhall absolutely soaked by the end and they're all out today practicing there lack of driving skills in the wet basically poor
