Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/ORKScAQtUVb time to brave the traffic so sun tan lotion on and we're off just me and the TREK out over Sedgley Beacon down to Womborne a quick stop at Bratch Triple Lock Seisden up Tinkers Castle Claverley Badger and finally Beckbury it's Community shop/cafe time Cherry and Almond cake, flapjack and coffee all for £3 bargain and very nice to then it's time to head back via Albright on, Boscobell, Bishops Wood, Brewood, Four Ashes then straight mile road closed so diversion around to Little/Great Saredon Shareshill and finally New Invention and home so just under 50 miles and over 2000 ft of up probably my biggest ride since Crash Bang Wallop

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/iud1SZq0PXb back out again today usual circuit into Brum via the Metro Cycleway Sandwell Valley and Tame Valley Canal little detour to the Black Sabbath Bridge ten minutes break by the Sealife Centre before heading back taking in Telfords Main Line a bit of Brindleys Contour Canal tunneling under the Canal and Railway through Sheepwash and home via The Walsall Canal came across the man who practices the Sax 🎷 who I haven't seen for a while he's definitely not got any better see strava for the video

Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/x5f4BOrGbYb finally over the lurgy so out on the road bike might see a bit of light drizzle according to the forecast which they definitely got wrong as it chucked down well at least the bike got a wash, out through Short Heath, Shareshill, Little/Great Saredon ten minutes break at the pond by the A5 returning via Four Ashes, up Bognop-Huff-N-Puff Essington and Willenhall absolutely soaked by the end and they're all out today practicing there lack of driving skills in the wet basically poor
