Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/Ho3jmD4nYUb after a cracking few days break in Lincolnshire normal service has been resumed and I'm out on the TREK road bike weather's looking set for the day sun tan lotion on and we're off, outbound over Sedgley Beacon, Gornal, Wall Heath, Halfpenny Green to Claverley ten minutes or so break then it's time to head back via Tinkers Castle, Seisdon, Bratch Triple Lock, Swindon, Himley and back over the beacon so a good climbing day it is, that's the first time I've been out on the road bike on local traffic infested roads since April and can honestly say that the standard of driving hasn't improved positively crap

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/iud1SZq0PXb back out again today usual circuit into Brum via the Metro Cycleway Sandwell Valley and Tame Valley Canal little detour to the Black Sabbath Bridge ten minutes break by the Sealife Centre before heading back taking in Telfords Main Line a bit of Brindleys Contour Canal tunneling under the Canal and Railway through Sheepwash and home via The Walsall Canal came across the man who practices the Sax 🎷 who I haven't seen for a while he's definitely not got any better see strava for the video

Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/x5f4BOrGbYb finally over the lurgy so out on the road bike might see a bit of light drizzle according to the forecast which they definitely got wrong as it chucked down well at least the bike got a wash, out through Short Heath, Shareshill, Little/Great Saredon ten minutes break at the pond by the A5 returning via Four Ashes, up Bognop-Huff-N-Puff Essington and Willenhall absolutely soaked by the end and they're all out today practicing there lack of driving skills in the wet basically poor
