Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/TIZHGOZjJUb first time out since coming back from the Hereford Break and a bout of Achilles Tendonitis on my left ankle no luck at all for me only bad since Crash Bang Wallop in April which I'm still trying to sort out my thoughts on WMP are unpublishable so I won't go there back to today's adventure on the cut usual one into Birmingham and back via the Brindley's Contour Canal through the golden valley nature reserve cracking day for it not to hot although a tad windy on the plus side the ankle feels okay not perfect but okay

Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/x5f4BOrGbYb finally over the lurgy so out on the road bike might see a bit of light drizzle according to the forecast which they definitely got wrong as it chucked down well at least the bike got a wash, out through Short Heath, Shareshill, Little/Great Saredon ten minutes break at the pond by the A5 returning via Four Ashes, up Bognop-Huff-N-Puff Essington and Willenhall absolutely soaked by the end and they're all out today practicing there lack of driving skills in the wet basically poor
