Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/3umj1P6SiUb sun tan lotion on and off we go out over Church Hill and Hill Top to the Metro Cycleway all the way to Trinity station the a bit more road work to Brindley's Contour Canal up to Titford Pools and more road work over Rowley back onto the Dudley Canal at Bumble Hole through the heart of the Black Country past Merry Hell down the Nine Locks in full flow then onto the Fens Pool Arm and new territory Picking up the Pennsnet Railway Walk Cycleway wouldn't want to try this in the winter though it's okayish after a dry spell full of rust and holes then it becomes the Staffs Railway Walk Cycleway becoming totally different not a bad surface even tarmac for probably a couple of miles arriving at platform one of the old Womborne Station now a cafe and it's time for lunch BLT Sarnie with side salad served on a slate roof tile, black coffee for a tenner bit pricey but very nice and much needed not to mention the break it's hot hot hot break time over and onwards towards Compton picking up the Stourport Canal to the junction then up the twenty one locks to Wolverhamton onto Telfords main line towards Birmingham then finally the Bradley Arm and home cracking full day hot and totally drained

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/YTBi1w9OfUb looks like a lovely day so I'm off out on the bike and probably most days this week so sun tan lotion on and we're off over Church Hill then over Hill Top picking up the Metro Cycleway towards Birmingham, Sandwell Valley, Tame Valley Cycleway and back onto the canal in Perry Barr down to Spaghetti finally up into town where it's break time 20/15 minutes opposite the Sea Life Centre now it's time to head back via Telford's Main Line detour around Edgbaston Reservoir where the beach is back open and finally the Walsall Canal and home

Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/x5f4BOrGbYb finally over the lurgy so out on the road bike might see a bit of light drizzle according to the forecast which they definitely got wrong as it chucked down well at least the bike got a wash, out through Short Heath, Shareshill, Little/Great Saredon ten minutes break at the pond by the A5 returning via Four Ashes, up Bognop-Huff-N-Puff Essington and Willenhall absolutely soaked by the end and they're all out today practicing there lack of driving skills in the wet basically poor
