Finally got back on the bike last week just a steady start on the canal although really felt like last one maybe a bit to far with to much climbing knee was really sore for a couple of days but hey ho I've made a start

Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/pNaginrU12b another road bike day for today still waiting for the freewheel for the gravel bike so it's a nippy/windy morning outbound over Sedgley Beacon, Pennsnett, Wall Heath, Greensforge past the derelict windmill and back towards Swindon ten minutes or so by the canal watching the narrow boat go by then it's time to head back via Himley and back over the Beacon warmed up a bit but the wind didn't drop and in my face all the way back
