It's Friday it's Gravel Bike Exploring Day

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/Xd7oTHQPtSb as you all know I don't like road riding on a Friday so it's a gravel bike day shorts and sun tan lotion is the order of the day heading over Sedgley Beacon via a bit of canal/Cycleway/road to Baggeridge Country Park, Himley Park Himley and onto The South Staffs Railway Walk/Cycleway the bogs gone through the Himley Plantation replaced by shiny new tarmac not a pothole in sight all the way to the railway cafe at Bratch changing to the usual mix of track to the canal at Compton some cracking graffiti as well then it's up through the lock flight to Wolverhampton all 21 of them onto the Main line towards Birmingham then it's the final leg on the Bradley Arm and home

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/YTBi1w9OfUb looks like a lovely day so I'm off out on the bike and probably most days this week so sun tan lotion on and we're off over Church Hill then over Hill Top picking up the Metro Cycleway towards Birmingham, Sandwell Valley, Tame Valley Cycleway and back onto the canal in Perry Barr down to Spaghetti finally up into town where it's break time 20/15 minutes opposite the Sea Life Centre now it's time to head back via Telford's Main Line detour around Edgbaston Reservoir where the beach is back open and finally the Walsall Canal and home

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/iud1SZq0PXb back out again today usual circuit into Brum via the Metro Cycleway Sandwell Valley and Tame Valley Canal little detour to the Black Sabbath Bridge ten minutes break by the Sealife Centre before heading back taking in Telfords Main Line a bit of Brindleys Contour Canal tunneling under the Canal and Railway through Sheepwash and home via The Walsall Canal came across the man who practices the Sax 🎷 who I haven't seen for a while he's definitely not got any better see strava for the video

Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/x5f4BOrGbYb finally over the lurgy so out on the road bike might see a bit of light drizzle according to the forecast which they definitely got wrong as it chucked down well at least the bike got a wash, out through Short Heath, Shareshill, Little/Great Saredon ten minutes break at the pond by the A5 returning via Four Ashes, up Bognop-Huff-N-Puff Essington and Willenhall absolutely soaked by the end and they're all out today practicing there lack of driving skills in the wet basically poor
