It's Friday so it's Gravel bike day

After two days at the gym l don't care about the forecast not looking brilliant but not bad although it's flipping cold longs and warmer base layer back on so it's over Church Hill, Hill Top, Metro Cycleway to Kenrick Park Sandwell Valley the heronries back open in fact it's packed, Tame Valley Cycleway and onto the canal by Alexander Stadium down to Spaghetti, Fazeley Canal to Pipe Hayes Park ten minutes break and it's time to head back via New Hall Valley Little Egret spotted,  Sutton Park over Barr Beacon, Walsall Arboretum and The still toxic Walsall Canal and home rain kept off just cold

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/YTBi1w9OfUb looks like a lovely day so I'm off out on the bike and probably most days this week so sun tan lotion on and we're off over Church Hill then over Hill Top picking up the Metro Cycleway towards Birmingham, Sandwell Valley, Tame Valley Cycleway and back onto the canal in Perry Barr down to Spaghetti finally up into town where it's break time 20/15 minutes opposite the Sea Life Centre now it's time to head back via Telford's Main Line detour around Edgbaston Reservoir where the beach is back open and finally the Walsall Canal and home

Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/x5f4BOrGbYb finally over the lurgy so out on the road bike might see a bit of light drizzle according to the forecast which they definitely got wrong as it chucked down well at least the bike got a wash, out through Short Heath, Shareshill, Little/Great Saredon ten minutes break at the pond by the A5 returning via Four Ashes, up Bognop-Huff-N-Puff Essington and Willenhall absolutely soaked by the end and they're all out today practicing there lack of driving skills in the wet basically poor
