Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/JI4cGQbQ7Pb time to get out on the bike me thinks and gravel bike it is slight mishap when trying to blow up the front tyre the end of the presta valve broke fortunately if got a spare core so replaced it and all good so off we go over Church Hill but instead of picking up the canal at Hyde's Rd picked it up a bit further on to avoid the muddy bit down the Tame Valley Canal towards Spaghetti then the other loop through Bordesley plan is to have a look at the Peaky Blinders Mural little bit of searching but found it and it's really excellent 👌  so onwards into town where it's break time 10 minutes or so the off along Telford's Main Line to Galton Bridge picking up the Metro cycleway to miss out the other muddy bit over Hill Top through Wednesbury and home bonus point no bike wash required just a wipe over so no freezing my nuts off

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/YTBi1w9OfUb looks like a lovely day so I'm off out on the bike and probably most days this week so sun tan lotion on and we're off over Church Hill then over Hill Top picking up the Metro Cycleway towards Birmingham, Sandwell Valley, Tame Valley Cycleway and back onto the canal in Perry Barr down to Spaghetti finally up into town where it's break time 20/15 minutes opposite the Sea Life Centre now it's time to head back via Telford's Main Line detour around Edgbaston Reservoir where the beach is back open and finally the Walsall Canal and home

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/iud1SZq0PXb back out again today usual circuit into Brum via the Metro Cycleway Sandwell Valley and Tame Valley Canal little detour to the Black Sabbath Bridge ten minutes break by the Sealife Centre before heading back taking in Telfords Main Line a bit of Brindleys Contour Canal tunneling under the Canal and Railway through Sheepwash and home via The Walsall Canal came across the man who practices the Sax 🎷 who I haven't seen for a while he's definitely not got any better see strava for the video

Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/x5f4BOrGbYb finally over the lurgy so out on the road bike might see a bit of light drizzle according to the forecast which they definitely got wrong as it chucked down well at least the bike got a wash, out through Short Heath, Shareshill, Little/Great Saredon ten minutes break at the pond by the A5 returning via Four Ashes, up Bognop-Huff-N-Puff Essington and Willenhall absolutely soaked by the end and they're all out today practicing there lack of driving skills in the wet basically poor
