It's Friday it's Kingfisher spotting time on the gravel bike

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/a9ukpsr8tPb it's Friday so it's gravel bike day after two days of gym time to clear my head so off we go out over Church Hill and up and over Hill Top picking up the Cycleway along side the Metro to Kendrick Park through Sandwell Valley, Hamstead Village onto the Tame Valley Cycleway then onto the canal by The Alexander Stadium down Perry Barr lock flight and along side me is a flash of blue a kingfisher for around 50 yds or so not everyday you get to see one of these beauties onwards to spaghetti up to town where it's break time 10/15 minutes then it's time to head back via Telfords main line and the Walsall Canal plenty of Heron's Goosanders and Cormorants, dull cold day but no rain always a bonus

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/iud1SZq0PXb back out again today usual circuit into Brum via the Metro Cycleway Sandwell Valley and Tame Valley Canal little detour to the Black Sabbath Bridge ten minutes break by the Sealife Centre before heading back taking in Telfords Main Line a bit of Brindleys Contour Canal tunneling under the Canal and Railway through Sheepwash and home via The Walsall Canal came across the man who practices the Sax 🎷 who I haven't seen for a while he's definitely not got any better see strava for the video

Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/x5f4BOrGbYb finally over the lurgy so out on the road bike might see a bit of light drizzle according to the forecast which they definitely got wrong as it chucked down well at least the bike got a wash, out through Short Heath, Shareshill, Little/Great Saredon ten minutes break at the pond by the A5 returning via Four Ashes, up Bognop-Huff-N-Puff Essington and Willenhall absolutely soaked by the end and they're all out today practicing there lack of driving skills in the wet basically poor
