Back Up The Junction's

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/NIs5RLTnwOb fitted a new chain to the gravel bike yesterday so it time to get out and test it so off we go up and over Church Hill then down to the Tame Valley Canal towards Birmingham detour at Ray Hall Junction down into Sandwell Valley then back onto the canal at Hamstead ((place of my birth) onwards to Spaghetti Junction and up into the big city 10 minutes break and it's time to head off again on Telford's deep cut main line through Smethwick, under Telford's cast iron Galton Bridge picked up the James Brindley Contour Canal at Spon Lane past the Tividale Junction, The Tipton Junction then returning onto the main line towards The Coseley Tunnel didn't go through hadn't got my better lights on and after last time thought best not so over the top it is (need the climbing) onwards to The Bradley Arm the the Walsall Canal and home result of the test all good but now it's bike wash time

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/YTBi1w9OfUb looks like a lovely day so I'm off out on the bike and probably most days this week so sun tan lotion on and we're off over Church Hill then over Hill Top picking up the Metro Cycleway towards Birmingham, Sandwell Valley, Tame Valley Cycleway and back onto the canal in Perry Barr down to Spaghetti finally up into town where it's break time 20/15 minutes opposite the Sea Life Centre now it's time to head back via Telford's Main Line detour around Edgbaston Reservoir where the beach is back open and finally the Walsall Canal and home

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/iud1SZq0PXb back out again today usual circuit into Brum via the Metro Cycleway Sandwell Valley and Tame Valley Canal little detour to the Black Sabbath Bridge ten minutes break by the Sealife Centre before heading back taking in Telfords Main Line a bit of Brindleys Contour Canal tunneling under the Canal and Railway through Sheepwash and home via The Walsall Canal came across the man who practices the Sax 🎷 who I haven't seen for a while he's definitely not got any better see strava for the video

Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/x5f4BOrGbYb finally over the lurgy so out on the road bike might see a bit of light drizzle according to the forecast which they definitely got wrong as it chucked down well at least the bike got a wash, out through Short Heath, Shareshill, Little/Great Saredon ten minutes break at the pond by the A5 returning via Four Ashes, up Bognop-Huff-N-Puff Essington and Willenhall absolutely soaked by the end and they're all out today practicing there lack of driving skills in the wet basically poor
