https://strava.app.link/IJlMGvNAPNb first time out since last Sunday had a touch of gout right foot, ankle and knee much improved so thought a ride out would help shift the crystals must say definitely better, so gravel bike day it is onto the Tame Valley Canal then down to Sand well Valley where I washed out on some mud covered in leaves no damage onwards and back onto the canal down to Spaghetti,up into the City where it's time for a break it's then I realised that my bullet camera is missing from the top of my helmet probably where I came off so it's a dash along the main line to Galton Bridge and up the bank zig zag back through the Valley to the spot but can't find it someone's obviously picked it up bugger have to break out the old one again hey ho never mind so back to the cut and home over Church Hill everything's filthy so it's bike wash time

Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/x5f4BOrGbYb finally over the lurgy so out on the road bike might see a bit of light drizzle according to the forecast which they definitely got wrong as it chucked down well at least the bike got a wash, out through Short Heath, Shareshill, Little/Great Saredon ten minutes break at the pond by the A5 returning via Four Ashes, up Bognop-Huff-N-Puff Essington and Willenhall absolutely soaked by the end and they're all out today practicing there lack of driving skills in the wet basically poor
