The Other St Ives

https://strava.app.link/tXbtj52XXMb first full day here in Sunny Cambridgeshire so I'm off out on the bike through Huntingdon over the Great Ouse lovely ancient bridge into Godmanchester strange name that bit like the private estate at Little Aston long gated drives and thatched houses very picturesque then St Ives returning via countless villages including Beckham (you can guess what someones done to the signpost)past the towers there very nice and even some defunked airfields used by bomber command in WW2 another cracking day not quite as flat as I thought but flattish and don't think I've ever been on so many cycleways even thought the Garmin had thrown a wobbly but no it's me who got confused.com had to get my phone out a couple of times to check I was on course

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/iud1SZq0PXb back out again today usual circuit into Brum via the Metro Cycleway Sandwell Valley and Tame Valley Canal little detour to the Black Sabbath Bridge ten minutes break by the Sealife Centre before heading back taking in Telfords Main Line a bit of Brindleys Contour Canal tunneling under the Canal and Railway through Sheepwash and home via The Walsall Canal came across the man who practices the Sax 🎷 who I haven't seen for a while he's definitely not got any better see strava for the video

Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/x5f4BOrGbYb finally over the lurgy so out on the road bike might see a bit of light drizzle according to the forecast which they definitely got wrong as it chucked down well at least the bike got a wash, out through Short Heath, Shareshill, Little/Great Saredon ten minutes break at the pond by the A5 returning via Four Ashes, up Bognop-Huff-N-Puff Essington and Willenhall absolutely soaked by the end and they're all out today practicing there lack of driving skills in the wet basically poor
