South Stack and The Lighthouse

https://strava.app.link/nhY6wD6RcLb  boots back on for today along the coast path at South Stack RSPB down the 450 steps cross the bridge to the island up to the lighthouse the 150 steps on the spiral staircase to the lantern room then have to do it all again only the other way round still brilliant day spectacular views lots of nesting birds including  Guillemots, Razorbills Puffins and Choughs plus the odd climber on the cliff face away from the nests though

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/iud1SZq0PXb back out again today usual circuit into Brum via the Metro Cycleway Sandwell Valley and Tame Valley Canal little detour to the Black Sabbath Bridge ten minutes break by the Sealife Centre before heading back taking in Telfords Main Line a bit of Brindleys Contour Canal tunneling under the Canal and Railway through Sheepwash and home via The Walsall Canal came across the man who practices the Sax 🎷 who I haven't seen for a while he's definitely not got any better see strava for the video

Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/x5f4BOrGbYb finally over the lurgy so out on the road bike might see a bit of light drizzle according to the forecast which they definitely got wrong as it chucked down well at least the bike got a wash, out through Short Heath, Shareshill, Little/Great Saredon ten minutes break at the pond by the A5 returning via Four Ashes, up Bognop-Huff-N-Puff Essington and Willenhall absolutely soaked by the end and they're all out today practicing there lack of driving skills in the wet basically poor
