Off to the Cathedral City

https://strava.app.link/tWpGDDWMtKb out to Lichfield for today's ride lots of rain through the night and you can tell that from the amount of flooded lanes and lack of sleep as it kept waking me up nippy start so Arms and Gilet on outbound through Bloxwich Little Wyrley The Crystal Pool which still has loads of water in it I wonder why as it's usually dried up by now quite a few Red Deer in the fields around there too onwards to Norton Canes Chasewater where it looks like a Steam day today on the railway then Burnt wood and finally Lichfield 10 minutes break by Cathedral Pool  arms and gilet off as it's finally warming up
and it's time to head back via Wall, Shenstone Little Aston and over Barr Beacon

Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/x5f4BOrGbYb finally over the lurgy so out on the road bike might see a bit of light drizzle according to the forecast which they definitely got wrong as it chucked down well at least the bike got a wash, out through Short Heath, Shareshill, Little/Great Saredon ten minutes break at the pond by the A5 returning via Four Ashes, up Bognop-Huff-N-Puff Essington and Willenhall absolutely soaked by the end and they're all out today practicing there lack of driving skills in the wet basically poor
