Still keeps a nicely trimmed bush

Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/K9ewmIU7h7b last day today suns out but quite nippy still road bike day it is off to Weston Super Mare via Sand Bay bacon bap and coffee at The Victorian Cafe on the prom very nice to, works progressing on the derelict Pier and there's no donkeys on the beach today probably because of the scrambling on the beach due to start later but I'm not waiting around loads of people about not to mention scrambler's so time to head back via Cross with it's nicely trimmed bushes(look Pornographic to me)Axbridge, The Reservoir lots of Egrets and Little Egrets there today and just for the hell of it back up Cheddar Gorge loop around the top it was bloody cold up there back down and Honeycomb Crunch ice cream at Sidoli's cracking and it's a lot warmer at the bottom then back to the camper cracking day  ...

Cheddar Gorge and meeting up with the locals

Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/WohF2Iu7f7b just a steady Eddie for today on the road bike up the gorge with a loop at the top not far but the first half is all up hill maxing out at just over 20% and the down is brilliant admiring the local goats 🐐 they just seem to stick to the rock face and then finally at the bottom time for ice cream at Sidoli's and it's really lovely although maybe a tad early at just after 11.00am, maybe a walk up there later

Strawberry Line the other way to Shepton Mallet with a few detours up the Mendips

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/a84qU5ywe7b back out on the gravel bike for today the old railway Cycleway (well in places still a lot to do) so a few steep climbs up the Mendips in an effort to link them rather than the flat way skirting around Wells on the way to Shepton Mallet depressing place expected a vibrant one with a posh name like that town centre was very disappointing decision made back to Wells for lunch as Wednesdays is market day so Half Pound Hereford Beef absolutely awesome well worth the £8.50 plus a coffee eaten in Shadow of the Cathedral then returning via Wookey Hole

Strawberry Line to Cleevedon and back

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/cjp8Ba9Xc7b back down Somerset for a few days when I got up it was absolutely hissing it down so a delayed start is in order so along the old railway line through Axbridge past Ye Olde King John's Hunting Lodge to Cleevedon a spin around the Victorian town some brave souls were swimming in the sea water lido only downside was the Garmin quarter turn insert on the mount disintegrated so  zip tied the Garmin to the mount good enough to keep track of the route, then back virtually the same way with a detour via the reservoir always find the return along the same track really boring as you've seen everything on the way out after getting back time to tackle the Garmin mount pinched the insert of a spare front light that I'd fortunately left in the camper so fingers crossed  ...
