Milling around Cardigan

Image
Check out my walk on Strava: https://strava.app.link/YItkT6S7O4b break from cycling today caught the bus into Cardigan for a look see around and round the Castle then the bus back original plan was to go to Newport by Fishguard but that meant bus charges and with all the road works around here might not make the connections so revised the plan to Cardigan

The only way is up

Llangranog. Cwmtydu and up the Zig Zags

Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/9uyLZLfDL4b the decision has been made I must be bloody insane planning this ride for today only a short one for today me thinks little did I know pay attention to the elevation mind you around here it'd be impossible to plan a flattish ride so just over 2000 ft of up that's 1000 for every 7 mile no wonder I'm knackered and you can't exactly fire down the downs all narrow and twisty and turny still all the climbs made even the zig zags basically today's ride is in the title brutal that's all I can say bloody brutal but bloody loved it 😁😎😝

St Tysilo's Church Cwmtydu and Newquay

Check out my ride on Strava: https://strava.app.link/h9fmjgk5J4b it's road bike day today although I'm not really looking forward to it seem like there's a lot of up around here stopped off at the lovely little church just before Cemtydu down the steep zig zags to the beach ⛱️ with it's Lime Kilns and now got to get from zero ft sea level back up to the top, made it though no pushing required onwards through countless little Welsh Hamletd with unpronounceable names let alone trying to spell them and into Newquay time for a break on the Quayside no ice cream though and then yes you've guessed it the only way I up up up in fact 2300ft of it overall and for a twenty mile ride bloody knackering
