Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/QcORCaWUq0b first time out on the bike since the end of December so mainly the gym seems like a lifetime ago crap weather and another dose of the flu into the bargain but hey ho out we go over Church Hill, Hill Top, Metro Cycleway, Sandwell Valley up onto the canal at Ray Hall then The Curly Wyrley through the Arboretum, Walsall TC and home via the Walsall Canal really enjoyed it though overcast, mizzly and filthy 

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/ozblam4kvZb another day another gravel bike ride out to Chasewater on the Walsall Canal and the Curly Wyrley no deer around today mainly as it was really busy, people people people the water level is really low exposing the beach so ten minutes break then back via the Anglesey Arm, the McClean Way and the Walsall Canal 

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/38fp2FtgtZb back out on the gravel bike today usual circuit into Brum except for the bit between Gorse Farm and The Top Lock at Perry Barr where both the canal and the towpath are shut it's been dammed and drained as the embankment is leaking definitely don't need another Ellesmere especially as it's all houses down there so it's over Tower Hill and onto the canal at Perry Barr Lock Flight cold one for today but no rain

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/XYGv1F6smZb didn't get chance to post this been dashing around in the run up to Christmas, here's Sundays Ride the first time out for age been waiting for the new Maxxis Rambler tubeless tyre's which I ordered from a.co.uk address but we're in Germany (don't know how that works) after I shredded the back Schwabe anyhow all fitted so it's out over Church Hill, Hill Top, Metro Cycleway Sandwell Valley around the balancing lake and up onto the canal at Ray Hall towards Aldridge then through Walsall Arboretum onto the Walsall Canal and home 

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/sRQKPI7LNYb  been a lot of gym work for a while and I'm looking forward to a nice gravel ride so off we go out over Church Hill, Hill Top, Metro Cycleway, Sandwell Valley not doing the bit by the river after last time so pick up the canal at Hamstead and guess what the towpaths shut and barricaded off so have to go through the village picking up the Tame Valley Cycleway but not for long rear puncture and it's massive god knows what I've gone over tried to fix it but none of my plugs were big enough had a go at putting two in didn't work so.
