The Curly Wurly to Chasewater back on The McClean Way

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/Q60u6CGJa2b suns out again so lotion 😎 on plus bib shorts and short sleeve top and we're off just me and the gravel bike out to Chasewater via the Walsall Canal, The Essington and Wyrley, across Pelsall Comon and the old pit disused railway now a Cycleway to and around Chasewater 10 minutes or so break at the end of The Anglesey Arm then it's time to head back via The McClean Way (they've done a bit more tarmacing) into Walsall Town Centre back onto The Walsall Canal and home 😎

Canal Closed but the Towpaths back Open (Alternatively Ready to Strike)

Check out my activity on Strava: https://strava.app.link/jAv09rN981b sun's out lotion on and out on the gravel bike for today's adventure outbound over Church Hill, Hill Top Metro Cycleway then Dartmouth Park Sandwell Valley up onto the canal at Ray Hall back off at Gorse Farm where it was closed but the Towpaths back Open although the canal is closed to boat traffic for a bit longer presumably to protect the repairs as they settle still onwards down through Hamstead Village onto the Tame Valley Cycleway back onto the canal again at Perry Barr Lock Flight, Spaghetti and up to town ten minutes break then it's time to head back via Telfords Main Line slight detour on the old Brindley Canal back onto the Main Line then the tunnel underneath and around Sheepwash, Great Bridge onto the Walsall Canal and home another cracking day  ...
